Collection of data
Data is collected via registration/contact forms (user input) and cookies
Forms will collect only the information you submit. This includes but is not limited to your name, email, phone, child's name, and experience with prolife work.
We also use CDN called "Cloudflare" to manage our DNS. Cloudflare does use minimal cookies. You can learn more about the cookies used by Cloudflare here . You can also view Cloudflare's privacy policy here
Data collected via cloudflare cookies cannot be traced back to you as an individual person. The closest thing to personal data that is collected by cookies would be your computer's IP address and a very generalized location, which, if you have certain privacy settings on your computer, may not even be accurate. Use of data
No data we collect via user input or cookies will ever be used for tracking, or advertising.
User submitted data (registration and contact forms) are used only for the purposes stated: Registration forms are used to register you or your child for an event and to contact you if necessary, contact forms are used to contact you.
The cookies that we use are considered essential cookies because they have to do with security and user experience. We use Cookie data to detect fraudulent activity and bot attacks.
Sharing of Data
We will never share your data without your consent. We never sell data at all.
Protection of Data
Computers containing your data are password protected and can only be accessed by members of the Franciscan Daughters of Mary and select team members. In the event that there is ever a security breach or data leak, you will be informed ASAP.
Your data rights
If you want your user-submitted data deleted at any time, please email us at marysprolifebootcamp@gmail.com and it will be deleted completely from our records. Cookie data, which cannot be traced back to you as an individual, is managed by Cloudlflare. (see info above.)
