Joint Forces
The Franciscan Daughters of Mary and Saints for Life join forces to develop a ministry to recruit, train, lead and support the next generation of pro-life warriors. Both ministries believe that all life is precious, from conception to natural death and we are both diligent to uphold the dignity of all life. We believe that we are all valuable in these efforts, regardless of age, financial status, vocation or knowledge. Through our love of Jesus Christ, together with Him as our light, we will encourage and educate our community on respect life issues.
This collaborative effort creates a team with checks and balances. Just like in friendship, a good friend isn't someone who always agrees with you, what you do, or what you say. A real friend is someone that is willing to challenge you to be better as a person. A team player encourages his fellow team mates to be better players. Teamwork and friendship both work in very similar ways. The friendship between the Franciscan Daughters of Mary and Saints for Life has developed over years of serving together and has developed this new combined ministry as a well seasoned team.
May our heavenly Mother hold this new friendship under her mantle, protecting and guiding us toward the sacred heart of her son, Jesus.
